CSR (Part-Time)

Job Description

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position involves making outbound calls only. You'll follow up with existing contacts, collect information, or schedule appointments based on our needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to clients or leads

• Follow a script or call guide

• Update call notes in our system

• Provide excellent customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, clear communicator

• Comfortable making calls for most of your shift

• Reliable and organized

• Basic computer skills

• Previous customer service or call experience is a plus
