What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Studio Growth
• Drive membership sales, packages, and retail
• Follow up with leads + build strong member relationships
• Execute outreach + bring new people into the brand
Member Experience
• Create an incredible first impression for every guest
• Lead tours + confidently walk prospects through HOTWORX
• Support members so they feel confident, motivated, and successful
Studio Operations
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Manage scheduling, transactions, and member accounts
• Stay consistent with daily tasks and expectations
Brand & Team
• Support social media + local marketing efforts
• Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to every shift
• Contribute to a winning, goal-focused team culture
Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
What We’re Looking For
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Organized and able to multitask
• Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends required)
• Comfortable with basic tech systems
